But what’s really going on with simulations? Simulations are actual events and experiences that happened in other school districts. The art is choosing from the choices you are given. There are situations where there are no good answers, but decisions still have to be made. But it’s not just making your next choice or your next part of the adventure – it’s actually talking through your choices with other administrators or seeing how your choices affect future occurrences.
